Your key responsibilities
Lead a team of Customer Experience/Demand Planning professionals to drive delivery of exceptional service in alignment with business priorities
Develop strong collaborative relationships with Customers, Business and other stakeholders, while ensuring strategy execution, team engagement and process adoption
Utilize data to optimize performance and drive operational stability; KPIs monitoring and action plans to address inefficiencies
Co-owner of S&OE and Demand Sign-off process, ensuring data accuracy and working on main deviations. Lead LE review for assigned scope & follow up on identified risks/opportunities
Optimize demand process, improve accuracy and bias, support decision making in supply planning and S&OP
Lead collaborative planning sessions & service reviews with selected customers

You bring
A minimum of 5-7 years experience in customer-facing supply chain leadership role
Master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, planning, business administration or a related field
Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent influential and communication skills; ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues within a designated time frame, including pressure situations
Experience with SAP and APO, Kinaxis is a plus
Fluency in English; French is a plus
