　　Summary:

　　The UCHealth Behavioral Health Service Line is seeking an organized, experienced director to run the Virtual IOP program, including managing operations and budgeting, including grant awards, developing new programming and workflows and ensuring ongoing regulatory and coding compliance. This individual must be well-versed and experienced in outpatient therapies and laws and regulations, and be driven to continue to expand the BHSL outpatient programing available throughout Colorado.

　　Work Schedule: Full Time Days

　　Responsibilities:

　　Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.

　　Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives. May serve as Administrator On Call and negotiate contract and managed care rates.

　　Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.

　　Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.

　　Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

　　Requirements:

　　Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration or a health-related field.

　　Relevant certification as determined at position level.

　　5 years of management experience with 3 years in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.

　　Preferred:

　　State licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD), or other licensure/certification may be acceptable as approved by department leadership.The pay range for this position is: $57.56 - $92.10 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
