  Job Description

  Le Directeur associé, Pratiques commerciales et conformité est responsable de la gestion et du maintien des activités et des processus de conformité conformément aux exigences réglementaires locales et aux politiques internes. Le candidat idéal devra posséder une connaissance approfondie des cadres de conformité, de solides capacités de leadership, ainsi que la capacité de guider et d'influencer les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux.

  Ce que vous ferez:

  Maintenir les politiques organisationnelles, les procédures opérationnelles standard et les programmes de conformité conformément aux réglementations de l'industrie et les politiques de l'entreprise.Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes internes de l'entreprise afin de fournir des conseils et un soutien concernant les questions de conformité, d'identifier les lacunes en matière de formation et de mettre en œuvre les changements et améliorations nécessaires liés aux activités et processus de conformité.Agir en tant que point de contact pour les audits et les évaluations des risques, et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les auditeurs internes et les équipes d'évaluation des risques pour assurer la conformité aux réglementations locales et aux politiques de l'entreprise.Gérer le bureau d'engagement (partie externalisée) dans son processus de gouvernance global, ses activités, ses besoins en formation et son allocation de ressources conformément aux politiques et procédures internes.Assumer la responsabilité de la gestion de la confidentialité des informations, fournir un soutien au Bureau de confidentialité mondial sur les programmes de confidentialité, assurer la conformité aux politiques internes et aux réglementations locales.Établir et maintenir des systèmes de surveillance et de contrôles pour détecter et prévenir les violations de conformité, et élaborer des rapports sur les activités de conformité et les recommandations.Mener des enquêtes internes (si nécessaire) et réaliser régulièrement des évaluations des risques afin d'identifier les risques potentiels de non-conformité et les vulnérabilités au sein de l'organisation.Fournir des informations et du soutien dans l'élaboration de stratégies et d'initiatives de conformité, et se tenir informé des législations, réglementations et meilleures pratiques pertinentes de l'industrie.Participer activement aux groupes de travail et aux forums mondiaux ou régionaux.

  Ce dont vous aurez besoin :

  Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent (par exemple, les affaires, le droit, la conformité)Expérience prouvée en matière de conformité, de gestion des risques ou de rôles connexes; de préférence dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou de la santéExcellente connaissance des réglementations et des normes de l'industrie, telles que Médicaments Novateurs Canada (IMC)Forte compétence dans la mise en œuvre et le maintien de programmes, politiques et procédures de conformitéExcellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec une grande attention aux détailsSolides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnellesCapacité de travailler en collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires de tous les niveauxHaut niveau d'intégrité et de normes éthiquesBilingue (français & anglais)

  The Associate Director, Business Practice & Compliance is responsible for managing and maintaining compliance-related activities and processes in accordance with local regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of compliance frameworks, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to guide and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  What you will do:

  Maintain organization's policies, standard operating procedures and related compliance programs that aligns with the industry regulations and corporate policies.Collaborate closely with internal business stakeholders to provide guidance and support on compliance matters, identify training gaps, and implement necessary changes and improvements related to compliance activities and processes.Serve as a point of contact for audit and risk assessment and work closely with internal auditors and risk assessment teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.Manage the engagement bureau (outsourced party) in their overall governance process, activities, trainings needs and resource allocation in accordance with internal policies and procedures.Take ownership of privacy stewardship, provide support to the Global Privacy Office on privacy programs, ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.Establish and maintain monitoring systems & controls to detect and prevent compliance breaches and develop reports on compliance activities and recommendations.Conduct internal investigations (when applicable) and perform regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and vulnerabilities within the organization.Provide insights and support in developing compliance strategies and initiatives and stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.Actively participate in global or regional task forces and forums.

  What you will need:

  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, law, compliance)Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or related roles; preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industryExcellent knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards, such as Innovative Medicine Canada (IMC)Proven proficiency in implementing and maintaining compliance programs, policies, and proceduresExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsHigh level of integrity and ethics standardsBilingual (French & English)
