　　Job Description: GentleBrook has multiple full-time Direct Support Professional openings at its 32-person facility in Hartville, OH. Duties include personal care of clients, meals, laundry, toileting, laundry, housekeeping, documentation, active treatment, behavior support, transportation and medication administration.

　　* $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS *

　　Days (6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.): $16.00/hour, no shift differential

　　Afternoons (3:00 p.m.-11:30 p.m.): $16.00/hour + $1.50/hour shift differential

　　Midnights (11:30 p.m.-8:00 a.m.): $16.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential

　　Details: Full time. 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shifts. 40 hours/week. Sunday through Saturday.

　　Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

　　Driver's License Requirement(s): Must Have Valid Driver's License.
