　　The role: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at our residentialprogram located in Solon, ME, you will provide direct care support toadults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Support consists ofacting as a role model, administering medication, assistance withpersonal care, and inspiring clients to be as independent as possible,both at home and in the community. This opportunity includes attendingand actively promoting recreational, social outings, and activities forour clients with New Communities company vehicles for clienttransportation.
