　　Job Summary

　　This position is responsible for partnering with senior business leaders to develop, execute and track multi-channel sales enablement materials and resources designed to generate leads and sales opportunities. This position will support all phases of creative asset development including strategy kick offs, concept reviews and selection, internal review facilitation federal/state filings and final asset distribution. Strong project management skills are required. Position will work with external agencies and internal delivery partners.

　　Please note: This is a hybrid role and will work in the office three days a week

　　Required Job Qualifications:

　　Bachelor Degree and three years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, research, project management, or relevant health care industry OR five years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, research, project management, or relevant health care industry OR Masters Degree and two years of experience.Experience presenting in front of an audience and group facilitation.Experience interacting with members of multiple departments and levels.Experience leading and mentoring staff.Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and industry trends.Experience interpreting business and financial information.Experience managing multiple projects.Verbal and written communication and organization skills.Consensus building and conflict management skills.PC proficiency to include MS Office products.

　　Masters degreeExperience in direct marketing activities.Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
