Actalent is currently hiring a Food Technologist in Bergen County, NJ with experience in Beverage Formulations for a market leader in flavor development for coffee, teas, and other beverages! Candidates must have experience with beverage formulations and applications to be considered for this role.

　　Summary:

　　Developing beverage application bases and creating new beverage concepts

　　Sample Preparation (samples will be sent to clients, trade shows, etc.)

　　Formulating Beverages (50% coffee formulation, 50% other beverages such as carbonated, ready-to-go, alcoholic, syrups, and powder drinks {I.E. powders for cappuccinos, hot chocolate})

　　Running Sensory Evaluations and consumer testing to gather feedback

　　Attending Trade Shows (on average, about 2 a year)

　　As SME, assist marketing and sales team with client presentations and meetings

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Food Science

　　3-5 years minimum experience in beverage application development and formulations

　　Ability to travel and attend at least1-2 Trade Shows a year
