　　We are looking for:

　　The Shift Team Lead is responsible for ensuring performance to established safety, quality, cost and productivity standards and best practices through engagement and involvement of Production employees. Must be supervising production employees and productions lines. In addition, they will lead the continuous improvement process to optimize safety, quality and productivity within defined manufacturing system and process limitsWe count on you for:

　　Promote an observable culture of process safety, quality, and customer service within their organizational control.You can count on us for:

　　Significant effort is spent to develop you for your next position within the organization.

　　There are various technical and operational ladders available for development.

　　You will bring:

　　Minimum High School diploma or GED required

　　5 years of experience

　　BS (Engineering) Preferred

　　Lean Manufacturing

　　Experience managing a union workforce

　　Desired skills:

　　Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task

　　Understanding manufacturing processes and value chain.

　　Understand key operational metrics and communicate across organizations to achieve clear alignment and focus.

　　Understanding of quality systems, ISO9001/AS9100 requirements.

　　Knowledge and skill in materials management and inventory control methods/procedures.

　　Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office Programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

　　Knowledge and skill in the Google Suite Programs such as Sheets, Docs, and Slides

　　Desired behaviors:

　　Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

　　Manage priorities and multitask from a number of sources

　　Strong leadership

　　Strong motivator

　　The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $75,760 to $94,700 per. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
