About Direct Care Staff

　　Current Shifts Available:

　　6:30pm - 6:30am (4 positions)

　　We run 12-hour shifts (up to 36 hours a week)

　　Direct Care Staff

　　$19.00 an hour (includes 6:30pm - 6:30am $1.25 shift differential)

　　$16.75 (6:30am - 6:30pm)

　　Benefits

　　$1.00 hourly bonus when called in for an unscheduled shift

　　After 3 months

　　$50.00 a month towards an AFLAC plan(s) of your choice

　　3% Company match IRA

　　Must possess a High School Diploma or EquivalentAll training done on site (CNA not required)Must have basic computer skills (Most documentation is done on a computer)Pass a State & CMH Background Check (No felonies or Rights Violations)Basic Duties include but not limited to:

　　Resident Personal Care

　　Medication Passing

　　Resident Socialization

　　Resident Community Involvement

　　Documentation
