POSITION: Direct Care Provider

　　REQUIREMENTS:-At least 18 years of age-High School Diploma or equivalent-Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record-Background Check will be performed-Communicate in English for job duty and safety reasons

　　WAGE: starting at $15.75 - $18.28

　　DAYS AND HOURS: Full time approx 40 hrs/week with benefits. Night and Dayshifts with both awake and sleep positions available.Mon - Sun 8 hr shifts.

　　DUTIES:- Will care for developmentally disabled adults in a residential setting- Will care for disabled adults with daily living activities, administerbedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance- Will prepare and maintain records of client progress and servicesperformed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor- Will perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washingclothes or dishes, or running errands
