RESPONSIBILITIES

　　As our [Digital Technology Senior Manager], you are responsible for leading digital transformation in the dynamic China market

　　Your main focus :

　　Develop and execute digital transformation strategies for China. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with the overall business strategy. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in the China digital landscape, including CRM, WeChat, XiaoHongShu (RED), etc. Drive the optimization of customer engagement, sales, and brand awareness through digital solutions. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Provide regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders. Take strong ownership and accountability to ensure development and business continuity. Work closely with VP Global Digital Technology on resource planning, product roadmaps, delivery schedules and cross functional collaboration. The role will report to China IT Director and will lead a dedicated team of digital experts, developers, and project managers to achieve project goals.

　　YOU ARE A COTY FIT

　　You like to have entire digital-Retail and CPG eco-system experience . As an experienced role , you have the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

　　[Minimum 10 years of leadership experience with proven track record of organizational and digital transformations. Domain expertise with entire digital-Retail and CPG eco-system Previously been in business facing roles with strong process and result orientated approach that is hands on and ready to provide solutions. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and continuous improvement development in various phases of ideation, execution, and delivery. Strong commercial focus to ensure actionability of results and influencing successfully across locations. Sound experience with working on and managing e-commerce platforms (e.g. new store setup, construction and operation for Tmall/Tmall global/ JD/ Douyin,/ Red flagship store, DTC (WeChat mini program store and brand site)) and ancillary systems. Solid experience working with data platform (e.g., CDP/DMP/PIM/DAM), omni-channel CRM, WeChat mini program, virtual tutorial, WeChat work, Community, new retail etc implementation in China; Strong technique skillset on the architecture of these solutions and interfaces to relevant inhouse solution and third-party systems IT; manage the local vendors and keep performance monitoring and optimization. Experience in the field of WeChat ecosystem also marketing knowledge, and omnichannel digital technologies in China market. Experience with security practice and compliance assessment in local market, e.g., VAPT, MLPS, CBDT assessment Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management, Strong analytics and communication skills to have high understanding of business needs. Sound knowledge of system architectures on technology Stack (language, frontend, backend, and deployment) & Security Assurance (data security, network security and basic security) & Infrastructure architecture Fluency in English and Mandarin
