Agile designer that enjoys creating digital products? -this role is for you!
In this role you'll create products for internal and consumer facing use.You will join a team of passionate designers working in a lively, agile, inclusive environment, advocating for design ethics and user well-being.
Responsibilities
Design compelling, accessible and insights driven products that empower our users need based on diverse requirements.
Create user journeys and UX concepts as well as final designs for new products and features.
Carry out user testing to identify the user needs and pain points and validate hypothesis and ideas.
Iterate with engineers to build and optimize the experience.
Document design work and contribute to shared Design Systems and tools in the LEGO Group.
Requirements
2+ years of experience with digital design in an agile product team.
Ability to establish and own the user research and UX/UI design.
A true team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relations across teams.
Thrive in navigating a complex stakeholder landscape.
Curious, energetic and positive attitude.
Great communication skills in person, as well as in your designs.
Experienced user of Figma.
