Robert Half is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist for a long-term employment opportunity in Southfield, Michigan. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and display advertising.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify digital marketing trends and opportunities.

Track and report on key metrics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
