DashMart is a rapidly growing business vertical within DoorDash, that operates micro-fulfillment centers throughout the United States. We offer fresh & local groceries and household essential items to our customers, and do so reliably and rapidly. The Operational Excellence & People Experience supports DashMart ventures by managing organizational change and comms, standardizing ops processes, providing best in class training, and empowering our Local Ops Leaders and Operators.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager to lead our Change Management, Innovation, and Experimentation teams. In this role, you will oversee two associates, ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives and driving a culture of innovation and experimentation within the organization.
In this role, you will act as a people focused Leader who excels in a fast-paced, remote environment and is excited to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front. In this role you will 1/ lead a team of Change Management professionals, 2/ guide the organization's change strategy, and 3/ lead innovation and new experimentation strategy. You'll be a motivational teacher, coach, and strategic partner as we revamp and improve our learning culture to be 1% better every single day.
This role can be performed 100% remotely or hybrid with some in-office time depending on individual preference, and will require up to 20% travel time to spend time working alongside local ops. You will report into the Manager, Operational Excellence & Enablement within our DashMart New Business Verticals organization.

Own the execution: Drive the growth and strategy of our evolving Change Management team, ensuring its effectiveness across all stages.
Lead from the Front: Develop and build quality Change Management teams that can excel in both in-person and remote environments. Adapt to changing needs to keep teams agile and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of our dynamic business.
Spearhead DashMart Change: Oversee the DashMart Change Management team, guiding and supporting their endeavors.
Focus on key priorities: Set clear direction for your direct reports, including (1) /implementing the 2024-2025 change roadmap, (2)/ support cross functional teams initiatives and (3)/creating new pathways for supporting DashMart.
Develop and Implement: Create KPIs to measure the effectiveness of escalation processes and drive continuous improvement.
Help Improve Operations: Utilize insights from experimental data to develop actionable recommendations for optimizing operational efficiency.
Dream big, execute bigger: Be bold and innovative, leading the charge on implementing our most ambitious initiatives, from new workflows to transformative change processes.

Compensation
The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

$76,500 — $140,600 USD
Colorado Pay Range:
$76,500 — $126,600 USD
Hawaii Pay Range:
$76,500 — $119,500 USD
New Jersey Pay Range:
$76,500 — $140,600 USD
New York Pay Range:
$76,500 — $140,600 USD
Washington Pay Range:
$76,500 — $133,600 USD
