Digital Marketing Manager

The roles of the Digital Marketing Manager encompass being responsible for developing a trusted advisor relationship with multiple stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact to scope, direct, provide consultation, and ensure successful delivery of digital marketing projects.
This will include end-to-end external and internal marketing efforts, including strategy, email campaigns, webpage development, data acquisition, lead management, presentations, graphics and video production, social media, platform training and support, and other marketing activities.
The ideal candidate has a positive, service-oriented demeanor, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and is keenly empathetic to build strong customer and team relationships.
This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service, project management, and problem-solving skills, can work and act independently with minimal to no supervision, be detail-oriented and organized, and must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed.
This is a fully remote position that can be based anywhere in the USA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact with customers to scope and set up contracts for new projects, facilitate coordination and communication among stakeholders, manage project timelines, and maintain a trusted advisor relationship.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to provide expert-level consultation and delivery of projects with the goal to exceed customer expectations.
Proactively explore new opportunities to expand services with new and existing customers.
Seek out solutions and opportunities for innovation to address customer pain points.
Develop favorable relationships with customers and global partners, ensuring that their needs and goals are consistently achieved.
Manage open tasks and assignments, regularly prioritizing based on evolving business need and urgency.
Support delivery of digital marketing services.
Qualifications
Basic
4-year undergraduate degree and 5+ years in customer success, sales, account management or marketing manager roles supporting enterprise customers.
3+ years of experience in roles that include content creation, including writing and distilling information to create presentations, website content, articles, and social media posts in accordance with brand guidelines.
2+ years of experience in roles that include at least two of the following:
Adding/editing website content
Managing paid social media campaigns
Managing content on sales enablement platforms
Managing contact data and creating campaign assets (emails, segments, and programs) on marketing automation or CRM platforms
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
Proficient with project management and collaboration software, such as Jira, Asana, Monday, Wrike, Confluence or SharePoint.
Experience managing a revenue-based quota.
Preferred
Experience explaining technical solutions, establishing goals, developing opportunities, selling business cases, and improving customer experience.
Ability to build rapport and trust with your colleagues in a remote setting.
Passion for continuous learning.
Experience working with stakeholders in multiple geographic regions.
Diplomatic and poised under pressure, managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail and able to cope with tight deadlines.
Proven ability to establish yourself as a trusted advisor with customer stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Proactive self-starter able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Process focused with creative problem-solving abilities who is always searching for a better way to achieve a goal.
Ability to balance competing priorities and appropriately assign milestones for completion when faced with resource constraints.
Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, responsiveness, and empathy.
Agency or consulting experience.
Ability to build collaborative relationships internally across product, sales, support, and marketing to facilitate a seamless customer experience within a highly complex, multi-layered organization.

The pay range for this position is $72,400-$124,100 The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
