　　We are looking for Service Manager- IT!

　　The IT Service Manager role has overall responsibility for defining the service, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements, and managing the service lifecycle and other internal and external IT & business partners.

　　You’ll make a difference by:

　　Identifies IT business goals, objectives and requirements of the business environment.

　　Drives principal IT change projects on-site or in the region.

　　Supports change-release processes and implementation of IT security guidelines.

　　Manages complex IT installations and updates; and completes integration to production network.

　　Identifies IT problems and seeks resolutions without impact to end-user.

　　Typically has people responsibilities and is involved in end-user engagement.

　　Keeps abreast of developments in industry regarding IT trends and technologies.

　　Your Defining Qualities:

　　4 to 5 years’ experience in a production IT environment managing enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware, hosting service and network areas.

　　Knowledge and understanding of industry trends and new technologies and ability to apply trends to architectural needs.

　　Must have a thorough knowledge of the Windows concepts, Domains, Active Directory and its concepts, and the interaction between hardware, operating systems, network, data center, and application software, Linux and Unix is a plus.

　　Strong working knowledge of VMware or other virtual software.

　　Deep understanding of TCP, IP and other network protocols. Familiarity with DNS, DHCP and other network services.

　　Knowledge of disc storage Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) certifications in Windows 2008 or Windows2012.

　　Knowledge of Cisco network and voice gears and technologies, CCNA(P)is a must, CCIE is preferred.

　　Knowledge of managing a data center in terms of systems monitoring capacity planning and performance tuning.

　　Good ability to communicate well in English orally and in writing.

　　Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.

　　Capability to work with people in different time zones.

　　Expert Knowledge on usage of various Microsoft tools, especially Visio

　　Expert knowledge in developing automation scripts and APIs.
