OverviewBrightSpring is hiring a Marketing Manager with strong digital platform skills - with emphasis on WordPress. The ideal candidate will have strong experience creating, managing, and reporting on digital platforms - websites, native apps, and third-party platforms (social media, location management, etc.). The Digital Marketing Manager is part of the internal agency team and primarily manages the organizations line-of-business website, cloud-based hosting, online listings, and other parts of the BrightSpring digital footprint. We need a hands-on leader who will be responsible for daily operational needs related to planning, development, and implementation of the organization's marketing strategies in digital mediums. The Digital Marketing Manager collaborates with business partners and marketing team members in the development of websites, microsites, landing pages, social pages, location information, and more.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of dozens of digital platforms, most in WordPress.
Identifies and understands customer requirements, business requirements, and opportunities to serve unmet needs and drive business goalsWorks to create, manage, coordinate and execute marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that drive business growth and brand awarenessFacilitates the creation of internal and external assets and supporting collateral for websites and other digital experiences, social media, and online brand and reputation managementCreates, refines, and manages online content intended to maximize quality organic traffic, promote business objectives, and create good user experiencesWorks with the Creative Manager to maintain and oversee all branding materials within organization to ensure branding consistency across all mediumsSupervises outside or contract agency partners/vendors and approves and coordinates projects and manage creating aspectsManages outside advertising agency partners and vendors to ensure strong ROI on all digital projects Works closely with the Director of Marketing and internal agency team to drive line-of-business brand goals through digital channelsImplements and maintains proper and robust tracking on all digital platforms using Google Analytics and other tools
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, advertising, or related discipline requiredGraduate degree in a related field is desirableExperience in designing, building, launching, and maintain digital experiences - particularly in WordPress - with the goal of driving lead generation or similar consumer actionsA strong knowledge of the WordPress Content Management System is requiredA strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console are requiredPossesses five or more years of progressively responsible experience working successfully in corporate and/or agency marketing environmentsFamiliarity with Google Marketing Platform, Social Media Marketing tools, CRM tools, and other digital marketing toolsStrong communication skills with the ability to present and engage with executive stakeholdersAbility to interpret and meet the wants and needs of internal customers to create initiatives and products within the brand guidelinesExperience supporting health and human services businesses and/or multi-brand organization a plusDemonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design, creation, and management of digital platforms - particularly WordPress websiteStrong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal skillsMust have the desire and drive to lead, manage and work hands-on in the creation of meaningful digital marketing experiences designed to support business goalsProven ability to analyze and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of digital platforms and accordingly plan and execute enhancements and new marketing tacticsAbility to manage multiple projects at a timeIntegrity: demonstrates this in all interactions; ability to work through challenges to achieve resultsInitiative: takes an entrepreneurial approach to our business and has a strong bias toward actionCuriosity: structures innovative yet realistic and measurable approaches based upon curiosity and interest in our business, our customers, and their business needsHonesty: transparent in interactions with other employees, customers, etc. Straightforward in their approach to relationship-buildingPersuasiveness: Ability to craft and promote a vision; to articulate this clearly in a way that will help to bring our business together and drive resultsAttitude: positive attitude and willingness and eagerness to grow and contribute to the overall team's successLeadership: proven track record of effective leadership in marketing role; ability to flourish in a matrixed environment
