　　Product Owner for our Marketing Content Management Platform

　　Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform - known as STEP - is Signify's platform choice for marketing content management. It provides a single foundation for integrating marketing master data across domains, markets and businesses. As Product owner for Stibo, you will be responsible for:Managing the platform, ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently, and that all data is accurate and up-to-date.Developing and implementing content strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the organization, such as Product Development, Marketing, and Aales, to ensure that the content management platform is being used effectively across the company.Providing training and support to other employees who are using the content management platform across our markets and businesses.Ensuring that the content management platform is compliant with all relevant regulations and industry standards.Monitoring and analyzing data from the content management platform to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.Managing budgets related to the content management platform, including software licenses, IT support costs, maintenance fees, and training costs.Maintaining a change control board and key user community to drive improvements to the platform.Maintain and optimize processes linked to Marketing Content ManagementWork with stakeholders across the organization to implement process improvements. This may involve training employees on new workflows or technologies, updating process documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.Provides guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization on process-related issues.What you will need...Experience in marketing content management and publication (B2B and B2C environment)Experience in software platform management (Preferred Stibo-Step and ADAM-DAM), data warehouse management and syndication engines.Comfortable operating in cross-functional teams and complex IT landscapes and data modelsStrong project management skillsExcellent communication skills to manage a wide user and platform ambassador base What you'll get in return...
