  En tant qu'unique responsable de la qualite industrielle sur ce site, vous serez charge de l'amelioration continue et de la qualite des processus, des services et des produits proposes par l'entreprise conformement aux normes de qualite internationales preetablies et au système de gestion de l'assurance qualite. Vous interagirez avec d'autres parties prenantes au sein de l'equipe mondiale de Signify.

  Vos responsabilites : Contrôler les indicateurs de performance de la qualite industrielle definis en fonction des objectifs et prendre les mesures qui s'imposent.Veiller a ce que la priorite soit donnee au client.Diriger des programmes visant a prevenir les problèmes des clients resultant du processus de fabrication.Diriger des programmes d'amelioration afin d'atteindre et de contrôler les objectifs en matière de coûts de qualite et de coûts de non-qualite.Mettre en œuvre des processus normalises pour la qualite industrielle. Promouvoir les approches "Bien du premier coup" et "Zero defaut".Veiller a ce que les competences des employes charges de la qualite industrielle atteignent le niveau requis. Gerer la planification de la relève pour les fonctions de qualite industrielle.Ce qu'il vous faut : Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalaureat et avez plus de 5 ans d'experience dans le domaine de la qualite pour l'industrie de l'electronique, de l'assemblage ou de la fabrication.Minimum de 5 ans dans un rôle de responsable de la qualite industrielleIngenieur qualite certifie ASQ ou certification DfSS/DMAIC Green Belt/Black Belt.Connaissance pratique des principaux outils de qualite tels que PPAP, 8D, FMEA, plan de contrôle, MSA, SPC. Connaissance pratique des reglementations et exigences mondiales en matière de produits de consommation, ainsi que de la norme ISO9001 ou de normes comparables.Expertise en matière d'excellence de la qualite industrielle. Capacite a comprendre en profondeur les systèmes de gestion de la qualite et les exigences reglementaires. Comprehension approfondie des outils/processus/capacites.Capacite a influencer l'organisation et a etablir des relations de confiance (parties prenantes internes/externes). A l'aise dans la collaboration avec les collègues operationnels et capable de communiquer avec impact.Favorise l'excellence operationnelle et met l'entreprise au defi de conduire le changement de manière efficace.   We are looking for an Industrial Quality Manager to join our team at the Boisbriand, QC plant .

  As the only Industrial Quality Manager at this site, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement and quality of the processes, services and products offered by the company according to pre-established international quality standards and the quality assurance management system. You will be interacting with other stakeholders throughout the Signify global team.

  Your responsibilities: Monitor defined industrial quality performance indicators based on objectives and take appropriate action.Ensure that customer centricity is prioritized.Lead programs to prevent customer problems resulting from the manufacturing process.Lead improvement programs to achieve and control quality cost and non-quality cost objectives.Implement standardized processes for industrial quality. Promote "Right the First Time" and "Zero Defect" approaches.Ensure that the capabilities of industrial quality employees are at the required level. Manage succession planning for industrial-grade functions. What you'll need: Bachelor's degree and have 5+ years of experience in the fields of quality for the electronics or assembly or manufacturing industry.With at least 5 years' experience as an industrial quality managerASQ Certified Quality Engineer or DfSS/ DMAIC Green Belt/Black Belt certification.Working knowledge of key quality tools such as PPAP, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC. Working knowledge of global consumer product regulations and requirements, as well as ISO9001 or comparable standards.Expertise in industrial quality excellence. Ability to in-depth understand quality management systems and regulatory requirements. In-depth understanding of tools/processes/capabilities.Ability to influence the organization and build trusting relationships (internal/external stakeholders). Comfortable collaborating with operational colleagues and able to communicate with impact.Drives operational excellence and challenges the business to drive change effectively.
