Digital Manager
The Digital Manager for the Global Computed Tomography (CT) Business is responsible for working closely with the markets on the creation, delivery, activation, and analysis of CT digital programs. Competencies include digital media performance, owned platforms and trade, growth hacking (roll out of the new business models), or campaign performance.
Your role:
Digital is a key pillar of the continued growth of Philips and content on the web is a critical component to a strong digital strategy. Your role as a Digital Manager is to help assess, develop and implement product and marketing content on Philips's web and e-store properties to maintain an optimized content experience. You will work with product and marketing teams across our global markets to develop content and leverage your digital marketing and web optimization knowledge to strengthen customer engagement and conversion on the web.

The Computed Tomography Marketing team, reporting to the CT Content, Engagement & Communications Leader. Our team's purpose is to differentiate Philips Computed Tomography to the right customers, generate qualified demand, realize full value for our offering, and maximize impact for our portfolio.

SKILLS4+ years of experience in digital marketing/technical content management with companies or agencies preferredBachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field mandatory, MBA a plusHealthcare technology experience is a must along with Computed Tomography (CT) experience is highly preferred Must have hands-on experience working with content management systems, experience working with product information management (PIM) systems and digital asset management (DAM) systemsExperience working with a diverse stakeholder set and agency partners to develop a content plan optimized for the web for both product and marketing contentDemonstrated ability to effectively work with onshore and offshore development teams to implement web content with high quality and on timeFamiliarity with effective omnichannel digital strategies, programs and analyticsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and globally, and manage a diverse set of stakeholdersDemonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budgetStrong customer service orientation, attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong project management skillsProficiency in utilizing Digital Analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) and/or business intelligence tools to ascertain customer insightsAbout Philips
