Job purpose
As the Downstream Marketing Manager, you will oversee Corza Ophthalmology's comprehensiveinitiatives aimed at promoting and selling existing products. This role integrates traditional downstream marketingstrategies with a digitalfocus and carries a global scope ofresponsibilities.
In this role, you will be customer-centric, a self-starter with proven ability to execute and work independently. You will work effectively cross-functionally, leading collaborative efforts with product management, marketing communications, sales enablement, medical education, and external partners. Additional responsibilities include all aspects of marketing such as positioning, messaging, creative development, project planning, sales team partnership & enablement, pricing, and promotions to maximize our portfolio value and impact.
What you will do
Understand the Ophthalmic customer mindset and barriers to adoption & utilization. Use that understanding to develop and drive successful growth programs.
Lead cross-functional teams in creating and executing tactical digital marketing efforts (email, SEM, SEO, social, etc.) that support our commercial team globally.
Ensure that the Corza Ophthalmology product portfolio is appropriately positioned digitally and that we educate customers on the key benefits of our products.
Lead the development of tools and programs to improve efficiency and increase sales.
Develop strategic programs to capture market opportunities based on brand and product performance analytics.
Coordinate with Corza’s Corporate Marketing team to ensure that messaging is on brand and consistent with company standards and objectives.
Own, represent, and champion the digital ecosystem that will support our business unit’s commercial growth globally.
Synthesize large amounts of information including customer feedback, quantitative data, research reports, market competition, and market insights to inform strategy.
Represent marketing at key customer meetings and corporate presentations.
Must conduct all work activities in compliance with Corza internal requirements and all applicable regulatory requirements. Corza internal requirements include compliance with ethics, environmental health and safety, financial and general business policies and requirements.

What you will need
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or related field
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or a similar marketing automation platform) is strongly preferred
Ecommerce experience highly preferred
Ability to turn consumer insights into marketing actions and product innovation. P & L Ownership.
Ability to create a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented work environment that supports cross-functional team effectiveness.
Excellent marketing skills with very strong business and financial acumen.
Proficient in digital marketing strategies across ecommerce, search engine optimization, search engine marketing and social media coupled with the ability to leverage digital insights for market growth and brand development.
Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage projects independently from start to finish and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Comfortable interacting with all levels of management, including senior leadership.
