Job Responsibilities:Support the production operation by providing immediate response to allbreakdowns to minimize equipment downtime and follow all escalationprocesses as defined Troubleshoot and perform all required tool and diework on automated equipment Make repairs to pneumatic and hydraulicsystem as necessary in order to perform necessary maintenance and PMactivities Ability to perform production tasks as necessary or requiredby the situation Ensure machine availability goals are met byparticipating in and organizing Root Cause Analysis activities toimprove equipment up time Basic welding and the ability to performrepairs requiring welding to return production equipment to serviceUnderstand Predictive Maintenance technologies in order to understandwhen they apply to problems and participate in utilizing them as deemednecessary Assist in training employees in production roles to performsimple maintenance tasks as associated with TPM Wears all required PPEfor the task being performed Actively participate in any Skills TrainingProgram required Lockout equipment to be maintained and follow allsafety policies and procedures Perform routine Preventive Maintenance(PM)...
