Reporting to the Manager, Customer Support, this position provides customer service and support for customer issues and inquiries relating to orders, invoicing and claims, etc. working expeditiously to deliver timely and courteous service.
Responsible for processing of customer orders following proscribed procedures, preparing orders for terminal entry and inputting appropriate information for shipping, quotes, invoicing, etc.Provide expedient and courteous customer service assistance to resolve complaints and problems with orders, research order or product history and consulting with other departments as necessary to ensure effective solutions;Assist customers with placing orders by providing specific product, price and delivery information to include product recommendations where appropriate andEnsure timely answers/response to questions, other requests and correspondence with customers, internal as well as external, tracking and documenting the status of all orders and issues.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent required;One to three years of customer service/sales experience;Bilingual in French language a plus;Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to handle multiple assignments in a fast paced environment with competing demands of customers, internal as well as external;Excellent communication skills andProficient computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite products (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Familiarity with relational databases preferred.
