Digital Commerce Practice Manager for Infinite Tiers Group, Inc. to work at our Cincinnati, OH loc. May telecommute up to three days a week and more frequently as necessary from the Cincinnati, OH metro area. 

　　Act as bridge between business non-technical stakeholders + tech delivery team to ensure expectations are understood + delivered; Coord w/ stakeholders + business team to collect + help define client reqs. Help secure business leads. Lead + supervise several teams of sw devs. Work w/ project mngrs to provide dvlpmt estimates + help with risk assessment. Est timeframes, qual + quantity of resources req to impl project. Work w/ functional archs to provide functional specification documents based on business reqs. Create proof-of-concept + prototypes to justify new tech recs. Serve as tech advisor to all dvlpmt team members. Perf solution design of third-party integrations into different e-commerce platforms. Eval new tech to increase productivity + reduce complexity. Profile + investigate app perform issues + coord optimization initiative. Resolve tech probs. Build tech design of client solutions by leading proj discovery + definition workshops, creating scope + dvlpmt estimates, + documenting reqs + designs. Analyze + turn functional specs into arch artifacts including approach, arch, analyses, integration and blue print of data + process map. Provide design, customization, + implementation of robust, secure, scalable systems across n-tier platforms. Assess + approve tech specs + other design docs. Set tech direction for dvlpmt team, lead release of major projs, enforce best practices + manage arch risks. Support client build & release operations. Integrate Security best practices into SDLC/AGILE/SCRUM. Help HR initiatives to hire + retain employees. Manage personnel issues, conflict management. Define goals that increase knowledge + skills of the dvlpmt team.

　　May undergo background checks including incl drug screen, credit checks, and motor vehicle record check. Little domestic travel may be involved.

　　Must have Bach in Com Sci or rel field and 10 yrs rel IT exp. Also reqs skill in (10 yrs exp): managing and delivering digital e-commerce projects; and using e-commerce platforms. Also reqs Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect certification. Apply at itgsoftware.com/careers
