　　Are you an Automotive fan? Do you enjoy providing the best solutions for customers and are interested in vehicle leasing or fleet management services? 　　As an Automotive Rental Advisor, you will be involved in a B2B activity where, in accordance with customer’s directives and tools, you will arrange replacement vehicle services for short term purposes. You will ensure a high level of service to the drivers who have signed a rental agreement with our Customer by identify the feasibility of providing replacements for each request and prioritize customer’s satisfaction.

　　What will you be doing on a daily basis

　　Manage client requests for replacement and pre-assigned vehicles;

　　Process and resolute cases reported by other departments on specific needs and disservices;

　　Ensure the correct execution for provision of replacement vehicles through given directives;

　　Communicate directly with the project coordinator on the ongoing activities.

　　Relate with strategic partners such as rent a car suppliers and our customer network

　　Who are you?

　　Bachelor in Economics or similar;

　　1 year of experience in the Automotive sector in other roles is a plus;

　　High level of computer literacy;

　　Good communication skills;

　　Adaptability and Flexibility;

　　Good planning and organizing skills;

　　Ability to work in team;

　　Problem solving skills;

　　Ability to take Initiative;

　　Languages: Italian and preferably English

　　Working pattern
