　　Duties Description Schedule is:1. Saturday – Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Off Days are Thursdays & FridaysDuties include responsibility for the proper operation of the Facility Equipment including, HVAC system, Perimeter Heating, Plumbing and Water supply, and other components of the college physical plant. Candidate will conduct routine preventive maintenance and respond to service calls for equipment malfunction of comfortable environment. Candidate will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, repair mechanical and electrical equipment as directed or requested through the work order management system. Candidate is required to have working knowledge of computer system and Building Management System. Candidate may be required to supervise subordinate staff as needed, and supervise contractors working on site
