Job Description Summary
As the Digital Care Solutions Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for developing and implementing an acute care software sales strategy for the UK (North of England & Wales) by maintaining commercial relationships/alliances with customer accounts e.g. hospitals, hospital groups, government bodies or group purchasing organizations including C-suite communication and negotiation.
In this role, you will be reporting into the General Manager of the High Acuity Care business. This role is home based (ideally in the North of England).

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the sales of product(s), services, solutions, or projects in our High Acuity Care IT (Clinical information system for Anaesthesia & Intensive Care) product segment in your geographic area
You will be managing the whole sales circle from pre-sales until closing
With the successes you achieve you will contribute to the sales plan in your region
Your focus is to define the sales strategy for targeted clients and to focus on the development of new customers and products as well as the further development of existing accounts
During your sales process you will be cooperating with (technical) sales support as well as product management for the best customer outcome
Qualifications
You bring a Bachelors Degree level or a comparable educational background
You have gained significant experience in sales origination and IT solution selling (e.g. Patient Data Management System or Clinical Information System) and proven experience in healthcare industry
You bring a strong customer focus and desire to continuously improve expertise
You also have well-developed listening, influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels
You bring high level presentation skills and are able to present ideas to customers on C-suite level in a way that creates understanding and impact
Your are experienced in closing large, complex, strategic deals
You are willing to travel up to 70 % of your working time
