DescriptionTo support and monitor the many facets of the digital banking platform. To work alongside the AVP, Digital Banking Manager to help support customers (internal/external) and complete the day-to-day tasks associated with managing the platforms.
Essential Functions
Complete and assist with the day-to-day functions/operations of the digital banking suite of products at the directive of the AVP, Digital Banking Manager (DBM).
Daily report review and platform monitoring, escalating any issues/concerns to AVP, DVM or other designated superior.
Assist with digital banking helpdesk tickets and any other employee/customer concerns/issues.
Assist with education efforts to other departments/branches/customers.
Completion of daily processes, general ledger tickets and monthly general ledger reconciliations.

Requirements
Required Education, Experience and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Intermediate computer skills.
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrate willingness to be a team player.
General knowledge of electronic banking processes.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Preferred Education, Experience and Qualifications
Previous banking experience.
Knowledge of bank computer programs, regulations, and products.
