　　Our IT Apprentices play a key parttaking ownership of estate maintenance and upgrade works including proposal generation/design concept through transition to in life service operations, delivering and operating systems within agreed performance standards and contractual agreements whilst operating within agreed timescales and budgets (manpower, materials and circuits).

　　About the apprenticeship you’ll study for.

　　As a Digital & Technology Solutions Degree Apprentice, you’ll study for a University Degree in Digital Technology Solutions Level 6 , actively applying what you learn at university to your role within BT. Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you’ll receive a BSc degree from one of our University Partners.

　　The degree course runs for four years and is a work-based learning degree.

　　You’ll spend a minimum of 20% of your time learning and studying.

　　After you have successfully completed your apprenticeship qualification and scheme, we’ll support you in securing a role that is best aligned to your strengths and interests.

　　Entry Requirements

　　You’ll need to achieve (or be on course to achieve) three A-Levels with a minimum of BCC grades. You’ll also need a minimum of five GCSEs at grades 4-9 (C or above) including English and Maths. Equivalent qualifications are accepted.

　　The role is also subject to you gaining and keeping DV (Developed Vetted) level of security clearance. The result of the security clearance vetting is not subject to appeal. Failure to successfully achieve and maintain the necessary level of security clearance may see any offer of employment with BT cease or withdrawn.

　　An allowance of £5k per annum made payable monthly may be paid while you hold DV and continue to work in a role that requires DV. The terms of this allowance will be made available if you are successful in being recruited for this role.
