Background and Purpose of the Job:

　　Responsible for end-to-end factory logistics operations at the Hammond, Indiana manufacturing site. Supervising 20-30 union employees across 24/7 shifts. In addition, accountable to deliver logistics safety, quality, cost savings, business waste reduction, customer service, continuous improvement projects and sustainability improvements at the site.

　　Who You Are & What You’ll Do

　　Execution of standardized logistics systems, processes, KPI’s, and ways of working

　　Drive sustainability initiatives through factory warehouse improvements, transportation efficiencies, and external collaboration activities

　　Implement process improvement within our inbound, internal logistics, inventory, palletizing, and outbound operations.

　　Customer service improvement through warehouse and transportation loss reduction using CI tools and methodology.

　　Execute the business unit and site level factory logistics strategy.

　　Support internal and external operational benchmarking activities.

　　Drive efficiencies within our palletizing operation

　　Manage warehouse inventory conducting counts, and operational improvements to deliver >98% inventory accuracy within raw, semi-finished, and finished goods.

　　Work cohesively with upper management and cross functional departments to deliver results and collaborative improvements.

　　Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as an additional duty, including receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing shipments, and ensure compliance with shipping regulations and procedures.

　　What You’ll Need To Succeed

　　Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of experience leading hourly team members in a Logistics, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Warehousing environment. Experience supervising across multiple shifts in a union environment is a plus.

　　You love developing a team and a winning culture and maintain a positive attitude in the face of rapidly changing circumstances and adversity.

　　Strong understanding of inventory control, warehousing and transportation operations, manufacturing operations, and product deployment processes.

　　Extremely proficient in Excel along with strong communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills.

　　SAP experience in a factory environment is highly preferred.

　　Pay: The pay range for this position is $67,000 - $100,400. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

　　Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

　　Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
