Computer Repair Lead

　　Location: Plymouth, Minnesota

　　North Country Business Products is in search of an experienced Hardware Repair Center Lead! This is a hands-on leader, charged with developing NCBP’s hardware repair operations! This position is responsible for communicating business needs, developing processes, and executing hardware repairs.

　　WHO YOU ARE

　　We are seeking an experienced leader who will play a vital role in developing and leading our Hardware Repair Center. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and client service skills as well as be detailed, accurate, and organized. Hardware repair experience is a must!

　　WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

　　Troubleshoot and fix hardware that pertains to our client's POS systems.

　　Oversee the daily operations of the Hardware Repair Center

　　Maintain accurate and organized inventory.

　　Hiring and training new associates.

　　Proactively research hardware issues and work in collaboration with others.

　　Provide friendly, professional, internal, and external client service.

　　Evaluate the client experience and make recommendations for improvement.

　　Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

　　Provide various reporting as required.

　　Assist with shipping and receiving, office tasks, and office maintenance as needed.

　　WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

　　4 or more years of experience in a hands-on or hardware-centric technical role

　　Experience leading a team, project involving multiple resources, or product launch/rollout preferred.

　　Excellent communication (verbal and written)

　　Customer service and organization skills required.

　　A satisfactory driving record is required.

　　Occasional driving and overnight travel may be required.
