　　Follow a consistent schedule of performing preventative maintenance of allHerc owned fleet at your branchOperate and test equipment to ensure it passes Herc Rentals quality andefficiency standardsPerform routine maintenance and repairs on all Herc fleet equipment and trucksunder direct supervisionDiagnose small tools and light rental equipment with assistance from seniormechanicsPerform major repairs to maintain fleet equipment using diagnostic tools,hand tools, and measuring instruments under direct supervisionConduct oil changes, lubrication of equipment, tire replacements, hoserepairs, battery replacements and assorted servicesEnter work orders and complete part ordering via fleet management systemAssist in reconditioning and replacing assorted parts of the heavy equipmentLearn what is covered and not covered by warrantiesMaintain work area in a clean and organized mannerProduce timely and detailed service reports and repair logsFollow all company's filed procedures and protocolsPerform additional duties as assigned
