Fleet Maintenance Mechanic
30.00-34.00/hour Springfield, Ohio
Job Overview:
As a diesel maintenance mechanic, employees are tasked with performing various mechanic duties on diesel vehicles for the facility.
Employees will be using hand and power tools to perform these tasks related to general upkeep on these vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
Completing general upkeep of fleet vehicles to help assist the vehicles in staying on the road.
Performing tasks such as oil changes, tires and brake replacements, transmission and engine work.
Performing preventative and reactive fleet maintenance on vehicles.
Assist other mechanics with difficult tasks and working as a team.
Qualifications:
Experience with engines, transmissions, and diagnostic equipment and software.
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems with diesel vehicles.
2 years experience operating as a mechanic on diesel vehicles.
General knowledge of diesel vehicles and performing mechanic duties.

Manufacturing/Distribution Facility
Steel toe boots, jeans or work pants
8-12 hour shifts
