　　Direct Support Professional Trainer: starting rate $18/hr, full time, 40 hrs/wk. Tuesday- Saturday 12pm- 8pm, must be willing to be flexible for the needs of the program.

　　Qualifications: 

　　Two years experience in field training or teaching preferred.  

　　Prior experience in developing training curriculum required;

　　Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft office. 

　　As a Direct Support Professional Trainer, you will: 

　　Provide training in a number of topic areas, to be determined through agency need. 

　　Develop and/or revise training program curriculum as necessary

　　Work closely with program managers to identify training needs.

　　Develop and maintain knowledge of regulations and policies necessary to the provision of quality training programs.

　　Conduct training at off-site locations and Arc Herkimer work sites and schedule trainings to accommodate employees/groups. 

　　Design and deliver solutions that include a blended approach to learning such as coaching, on-site training, role modeling, developmental feedback, and additional outside trainings as needed including but not limited to classroom training, online learning, etc
