　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　We are seeking highly motivated DFT engineer to be part of a great team. Join a highly energetic team of engineering professionals who are involved in development, validation and delivery of high quality tests for IBM's microprocessor chips.

　　As DFT Engineer, you will be required but not restricted to pattern generation, simulation, validation, delivery to TAE, IBM's Hardware Bring-up, silicon Debug and understanding SPQL (Shipped Product Quality Level) requirements.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　3-6 years in DFT on complex designs involving DFT structures insertion, pattern generation and validation.

　　Hands-on experience with Industry EDA test tools for DFT implementation, pattern generation and simulation

　　Knowledge of front end and back end flows including Logic Design, Synthesis, DFT, PD and STA

　　Proficient in scripting Python

　　Excellent communication skills and team player

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Experience working with ATE engineers for silicon bring up, silicon debug and validation

　　Experience in processor flow and post silicon validation
