　　Neo1, a full stack team within Amex GBT, retains the dynamic atmosphere of a startup while leveraging the resources of a larger organization. Although the development and DevSecOps teams are based in France, we are currently seeking DevSecOps/SRE engineers based in the U.S. to expand our existing team. How is that for a creative mash up of skills! As part of our success, we are establishing a pod of Engineering resources to work closely with not only our Engineering team but also our Acquisition and Customer Success groups already based on the US. We are keenly interested in Core DevSecOps candidates but are also interested in individuals who are keen create the future of the end-to-end customer experiences from Acquisition to Platform use and help us build out these experiences – so any DevSecOps that has a keen interest in reshaping the future of “digital marketing” as a seamless extension of our core platform lets chat!

　　Main Missions:

　　DevSecOps development for the product evolution of Neo1

　　Supervising and ensuring the stability of different environments, especially the Production environment

　　Actively working on the preparation and maintenance of our PCI-DSS certification.

　　Providing development and QA teams with high-performance, secure, and on-demand integration and testing environments.

　　Constantly monitoring technical developments to stay at the forefront of technology and best practices.

　　Contributing to the continuous improvement of the security and efficiency of the solutions implemented.

　　Ideal candidate that has the ability to build and maintain our external marketing pages of our platform and help create the strategy for a seamless yet digitally optimised CX.

　　Qualifications:

　　At least 3 years of experience in the DevSecOps field or similar.

　　In-depth knowledge of at least one cloud service provider, preferably AWS.

　　Familiarity with the mentioned AWS stack: CloudFormation, CloudFront, WAF, ECS Fargate, RDS Aurora, S3, Lambda, etc.

　　Comfortable with bash, Python, docker, Linux.

　　Independence, curiosity, and adaptability to integrate seamlessly into the Neo1 team in general and the DevOps team in particular.

　　Adherence to the values of Neo1, including trust and a good team spirit.

　　Interest in and exposure to SEO / CRM and Digital Marketing / Advertising – Compliance Data protection and industry trends.

　　The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $60,000 to $120,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
