Job Description
As a senior member of our operations teams, you will apply your knowledge of DevOps and software architecture to manage tasks associated with developing, operating, solving, and debugging cloud services.

What you’ll do:
Our DevOps engineers power the smooth running of our critical cloud infrastructure. You’ll use your cloud skills to build and debug software programs for groundbreaking applications, drive deployment automation, and design architecture changes to meet our customers’ changing needs.
Responsible for delivery of the mission-critical stack with a focus on security, resiliency, scale, and performance. Should understand Identity concepts.
Understand and communicate the scale, capacity, security, performance attributes, and requirements of the service and technology stack.
Support the operation of FAW on OCI using Cloud DevOps methodologies
Provide technical leadership on our team of software developers.
Start, stop, and upgrade cloud infrastructure and services using OCI tools
Own and improve existing cloud abilities, processes, and tools.
Modification and improvement to multiple component pipelines, deployments, and validations
Act as an ultimate escalation point for complex or critical issues that have not yet been documented as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Handle customer support requests and drive them to resolution in a timely manner.
Building, and maintaining robust alerting and monitoring systems and workflows.
Requirements:
Solid understanding of Linux, networking, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, shell), automation technologies (e.g., Terraform, Chef), and cloud-native technologies (e.g., containers, Kubernetes).
Experience in defining functional specifications for applications, processes, and capabilities.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently while dealing with ambiguous situations, with a strong positive demeanor.
Strong cross-group collaboration in solving complex problems.
Ability to anticipate and analyze risks and develop mitigation plans.
Meticulous, organized, and a critical thinker.
Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful management.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
