Create and maintain reports in Word, Excel, PDF, and onlinesoftware. Assist with meeting preparation, creating PowerPoints, takingmeeting minutes, task tracking, and follow up. Creation of packets,mailings, and filings. Create and maintain electronic and paper files.Gather signatures, notarize, and ship documents. What do I need toqualify to be at Development Assistant? Associates degree inAdministrative Assistant program, Business Administration, or similardegree preferred. Two to three years of administrative assistantexperience. Two to three years of data entry experience. Must have WIPublic Notary license or get license within 30 days of start date.Strong attention to detail orientation, excellent organizational skills.Customer service oriented.
