　　Join our dynamic IT team as IT Technician at Tutor Perini and become the tech hero for our diverse workforce across regional offices and job sites in LA, Irvine, and San Diego. You'll be the first line of defense, tackling PC, network, server, and phone issues with a smile and a can-do attitude.

　　As a Desktop Support Technician at Tutor Perini Corp, reporting to the IT Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

　　Installing the tech: Get those desktops, network equipment, and phone systems up and running in permanent offices and remote job sites

　　Imaging and Updating: Keep our PCs humming with SmartDeploy, installing new images and refreshing existing ones

　　Remote Tech Wizardry: Manage software installations and removals, all from your keyboard

　　Application Guardian: Ensure client-facing applications run smoothly and securely, optimizing performance and scalability

　　Network Detective: Proactively monitor and troubleshoot network issues, minimizing downtime and keeping everything connected

　　Keep things running smoothly: Proactively monitor systems, troubleshoot network problems, and minimize downtime, ensuring our team stays connected and productive

　　Requirements:

　　2+ years of experience supporting end users locally and remotely

　　High School Diploma or GED required

　　Tech-savvy: Know your way around Windows 10/11, Active Directory (create/modify/disable accounts), and Drive Mappings.

　　Gadget Guru: Set up smartphones and tablets

　　Understanding construction software like Autodesk, Procore, and Bluebeam is preferred

　　Communication Champion: Explain complex tech in simple terms and build strong relationships with users

　　Problem-Solving Ninja: Diagnose issues like a detective and solve them with finesse

　　Detail Detective: Document everything clearly and stay organized

　　The expected maximum salary for this position is $75,000 depending on experience.
