Job Description
Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join the Information Technology team. The Desk Support Specialist is supporting their new warehouse in Ft Myers managing 175 laptops/desktops, inventory, and imaging in the warehouse for the first 30 days then once they are a proven resource they will start to go out to clinics to deploy and install new hardware. They will be supporting Doctors, Nurses and clinical staff so customer service and personality are huge. They have 2k new laptops, desktops, scanners and monitors to replace.
The following qualifications are required:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certifications a plus

Flu are NOT a requirement anymore
This will be onsite Monday-Friday 8-4:30 but open to a 7:30-4pm shift if needed
Reporting to the Data Center at Lee Health
6 month contract. Possibility of conversion but not guaranteed
About 15,000 employees- this role supports only internal Lee Health employees to include doctors/nurses
2k devices to deploy
Interview Process- one step interview with Manager and 2 of his supervisors
