　　Work you'll do.

　　Utilize Appian platform essentials.

　　Utilize knowledge of Business Process Management & Reengineering

　　Integrate with web services, databases, or other systems.

　　Build process models and executable workflows.

　　Design dynamic user interfaces and complete applications

　　Build and apply complex business rules.

　　Interpret and troubleshoot technical issues within Appian design objects.

　　Create and present technical presentations to clients.

　　Leading development efforts in support of the client solution.

　　Partner with peers to create and develop the best solution based on client requirements.

　　Qualifications

　　Required:

　　Bachelor's degree required.

　　Appian Certified Lead Developer Certification.

　　5+ years of experience working in Appian development.

　　10+ years of experience in successful software delivery or software development.

　　Ability to travel 20-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

　　Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

　　Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.

　　Preferred:

　　Knowledge of Appian platform essentials and suite of capabilities

　　Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications, specifically Appian.

　　Familiarity with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrum.

　　Strong problem-solving and design skills.

　　Experience with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrum.

　　Effective communication and presentation skills.

　　Previous experience leading Appian development teams.
