Description

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for Windows and Mac systems.

Perform support for Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, OneDrive, Teams).

Administer and maintain systems through SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).

Provide support for RF scanners and mobile device management (MDM) in warehouse settings.

Troubleshoot basic networking issues, including TCP/IP, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Assist in user account management, password resets, and Active Directory administration.

Document support issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.

Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT process improvements.

Support users in using remote access tools and VPN software.

Assist with software deployment, updates, and patch management.

Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware and software licenses.

Support incident resolution and root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a desktop support or IT help desk role.

Experience with RF scanners, SCCM, and supporting warehouse technology is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and support.

Understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, and VPN.

Knowledge of SCCM for software deployment and systems management.

Familiarity with mobile device management tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
