　　Job Description:

　　This position will work in Caterpillar Research and Development Center (CRDC) Virtual Product Development department on machine level Multibody Dynamics Simulation

　　本职位要求在卡特彼勒技术研发中国有限公司虚拟产品开发部门工作，负责整车的多体动力学仿真

　　The key role of this position is to use analysis and simulation process to validate the design concept as well as improve the designs in terms of reliability, durability and performance of the Caterpillar machine products and major structural systems.

　　此职位的主要职责是使用分析与仿真验证概念设计，以及改进卡特彼勒整机与系统的可靠性，耐久性和其他性能。

　　The major responsibilities will be included but not limited to the items as below:

　　• Work closely with the design engineers, machine integration engineers and test engineers to complete building the Multibody Dynamics Simulation model in machine level.

　　与设计工程师，系统集成工程师，测试工程师一起紧密合作，完成工程机械整机多体动力学模型的搭建工作。

　　• Responsible for load prediction for machine structure to provide input for structure analysis team.

　　负责完成整车结构件的载荷预测，为结构分析团队提供载荷谱。

　　• Responsible for performance analysis, evaluation, and optimization for machine and system.

　　负责完成整车及子系统的性能分析、评估及优化工作。

　　• Participate in machine test and be responsible for simulation model correlation.

　　参与整车试验工作，负责标定整车仿真模型。

　　Master's degree or above in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechanics, Aerospace, or equivalent fields.

　　机械，汽车，力学，航空航天，或相同专业研究生及以上。

　　Competency Requirement：

　　技能要求：

　　• 3+ years’ experience in Multibody Dynamics Simulation.

　　须有至少3年的多体动力学仿真经验。

　　• Have participated in at least one Multibody Dynamics Simulation project related to construction machinery or automobile, for which it’s a plus with mining truck or earth moving machinery.

　　参加过至少一个工程机械或汽车多体动力学仿真项目，所涉及到的产品为矿卡或土方机械尤佳。

　　• Have basic knowledges on Multibody Dynamics Simulation, and should understand K&C, modeling methods for tire and material, power system, hydraulic system and control system etc.

　　具备多体动力学仿真的基础理论知识，了解车辆悬架K&C、轮胎的建模方法、物料的建模方法、动力系统、液压系统和控制系统等。

　　• Can use FEA software, including one or all of Abaqus, Nastran and Hyperworks.

　　具备基本的有限元仿真软件使用能力，包括Abaqus、Nastran和Hyperworks中的一种或几种。

　　• Experience on fatigue analysis projects is a plus.

　　有疲劳仿真项目经验的应聘者尤佳。

　　• Have programing experience is a plus.

　　• Excellent problem-solving skill.
