Join Avanade as a Desktop specialist; In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining laptops and desktops, as well as ensuring that they are secure and up-to-date. You will also assist users with any issues they may have with Microsoft Windows, software applications, network connectivity, printers, and other devices. Together We do what matters.
What you’ll do:
Set up, repair, & upgrade laptops and desktops according to company standards & policiesDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and professional mannerProvide user support and training on Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and other applicationsMonitor & maintain the security & performance of laptops/desktops, including antivirus, updates, backups, and encryptionDocument and report any incidents, problems, or requests using the ticketing systemCoordinate with other IT staff and vendors to ensure the quality and availability of IT servicesStay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in desktop supportSkills and experiences:
Windows 10/11Active DirectoryOffice 365Desktop/Laptop HardwareApplication PackagingMicrosoft Security Updates, Antivirus & Disk Encryption

You are fluent in both French and English.You collaborate seamlessly and exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills.You must be able to work on-site and travel to different locations as needed.You can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.You possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, laptop and desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.Enjoy your career
