　　Desktop C# Developer (Winforms)

　　Providence, RI - Hybrid Role

　　Full-Time

　　We are currently seeking a talented Desktop C# developer specializing in Winforms to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced developer who can design, develop, test, and maintain desktop applications using C# with a focus on Winforms. This hybrid role will involve working from our Providence, RI office two days per week, making collaboration with our team easy and effective.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code.

　　Create and develop desktop applications with C# and Winforms.

　　Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

　　Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware or improve performance.

　　Conduct system analysis to assess usability, functionality, and performance.

　　Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to produce software design and architecture.

　　Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions and ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

　　Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

　　At least 3-5 years of experience developing desktop applications using C# and Winforms.

　　Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.

　　Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

　　Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, Mercurial).

　　Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills.

　　Able to work on-site at our Providence, RI office 2 days a week.

　　Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
