　　Why you'll love it here!+ Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Tuition Reimbursement, Pet, and Legal Insurance.POSITION SUMMARY:The Designer/Project Manager reports to the Design Manager.Located in Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PARemoteThe Designer/Project manager is responsible for selling foodservice design services and related products to customers; drafting documents for construction/bidding purposes; project manage jobs.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Explain and sell design process to potential customers.Ascertain customers' foodservice equipment needs and preferences through effective listening and recommend appropriate offerings.Create efficient foodservice equipment floor plans and elevations.Generate documents/drawings from AutoCAD and Revit to submit for construction/bidding purposes.Coordinate with architects and engineers, estimators, installers and appropriate construction trades.Prepare foodservice equipment budgets.Expedite orders, manage, & oversee job installations.Proactive management of lead times and communication with customer.Obtain field measurements as needed.Attend job meetings as required.Review quotes and approve manufacturer shop drawings for accuracy of proper equipment description and physical requirements.Manage shop drawing approval process timely to ensure installation deadlines are not missed.Address warranty issues in a professional and timely fashion.Design utilizing preferred vendors.Conduct site visits and punch list during installation of project as needed or per customer requirements.Specify equipment manufacturers and gain price protection at every opportunity.Expected to grow capabilities to perform position with greater efficiency annually.Finish jobs in a timely manner, including but not limited to punch lists, final billing, change orders, etc.Other duties as assigned by Manager.COMPETENCIES:Extensive knowledge of BIM practices, standards and techniques.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both oral and written.Flexible in schedule to enable the company to meet customer needs - overtime and weekends may be necessary and required.Proficient in AutoCAD 2019 or higher.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office product, Adobe Acrobat & AutoQuotes.Foster positive relations and communications with departmental personnel, IT, Purchasing, Installers, Sales, Marketing, and other TriMark Division design/contract management departments.Strong relationship building skills with customers, general contractors, architects, manufacturers and vendors, and other trades on job sites.Strong organizational skills.Attention to detail.Excellent cust mer service/sales attitude.Critical thinking and problem solving.Excellent presentation and selling skills.Good business acumen.Highly creative.Basic working knowledge of general construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.Ability to read architectural drawings.Proficient Adobe Photoshop and Navisworks preferred.Working knowledge & proficiency with Revit 2019 or higher a plus.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline, or equivalent Military or practical experience.Must complete CFSP Test within first 3 years of employment.3-5 years' experience designing in foodservice industry.Experienced in various market segments of design.Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.#LI-AS1 #ASIndeed

Pay for this position will reflect the candidate's unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

　　In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc.Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
