　　Duties include developing products and applying technology during new product development; supporting product development projects through design--develop product specifications, creating drawings (including GD&T), routing sheets, and BOMs; constructing prototypes and confirm design performance through verification testing; supporting and documenting product improvements and legacy products; creating and approving drawings, routing sheets, and BOMs; developing and approving test protocols, perform/overseeing testing and data analyses, drawing conclusions and recommendations, and publishing test reports; creating and executing engineering change orders and product release documentation; supporting corrective and preventative action efforts; supporting cross-functional internal improvement projects; supporting Business Development and Sales on technical issues; identifying and submitting continuous improvement opportunities.

　　Required: 12 mos. experience designing products and assemblies; demonstrable experience with reading and understanding drawings, work instructions and technical product specifications, AutoCAD or similar CAD programs, solid modeling packages, preferable SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office; and ability to travel up to 5% of the time to support sales.
