The Design Engineer position is ideal if you like working with colleagues from all different backgrounds and cultures, as it will form part of a multicultural team across Europe! You will have the opportunity to meet face to face throughout the year... and maybe even the chance to explore another country! There are plenty of fun aspects to being a Design Engineer. No working day is the same, there is so much variation! You can also be creative and put your problem-solving skills to task by working with our Operations team to continuously drive improvements and the quality of our products. This is essential to the business as one of our core values is Relentless Continuous Improvement (RCI). Alongside any RCI focussed work, you are likely to be involved in several different projects from the presale enquiries to working on the designs of the products and investigating and responding to inquiries from customers and suppliers. Responsibilities What we’re looking for in a Design Engineer – Energetic, self-driven, engaged and eager to learn Team orientated attitude A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills Analytical and the ability to problem solve Ability to use your own initiative Organised with excellent time management Design Engineer Experience and Qualifications – Mechanical Engineering Degree Experience of working within a similar industry Knowledge of CAD – 2D & 3D Qualifications A bit about us: We are growing both organically and by acquisitions and are continuously looking for new employees that want to grow with us!
