Passion for our mission and vision is required!Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Plan, complete, and report avionics development, qualification, and acceptance testingPerforming tests or ensuring that Technicians are able to do soAnalyzing Environmental/EMI dataUse measurement and analysis to determine root causes for failures in avionics testingIdentify and mitigate test execution risksCollaborate with internal and external labs for test executionAssist Test Equipment development activitiesPerform and work comfortably in an environmental and EMI lab environmentPerform hardware requirements traceability and verificationMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, aerospace engineering, physics, or a related field6+ years of hardware development, integration, systems engineering and/or testing experience.2+ years experience planning, executing, and reporting electronics testing.Experience performing hardware requirements traceability and verificationPractical and analytical understanding of analog and digital electronicsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills regarding technical subjects.Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusionMust be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Preferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of the following standards; RTCA/DO-160, MIL-STD-810, and/or MIL-STD-461Familiarity with sensors including linear variable differential transformers (LVDT), resistance temperature detectors (RTD), thermocouples, pressure transducers, resolvers, and accelerometersProficiency with Python, MATLAB, LinuxProficiency configuring and troubleshooting test networksExperience programming, debugging, and troubleshooting devices with microcontrollersExperience with git for SW developmentGraduate degree in electrical, computer, aerospace engineering or a related fieldInclusivity StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
