Overview
The Deputy Program Manager position will assist the Program Manager of the entire contract, to include but are not limited to managing resources, cost, schedule, performance and risk across the tasks.
Responsibilities
The Deputy Program Manager's responsibilities include:
Assisting the Program Manager of the entire contract, to include but are not limited to managing resources, cost, schedule, performance and risk across the Tasks.
Providing technical support to projects/tasks IAW contract.
Assisting and advising the PM with day-to-day activities to ensure programs/projects and tasks meet organizational, client and contractual goals.
Oversees the work performance of assigned personnel and prioritizes mission tasks/projects as updates and reports to customers on resource availability, and delivered workload and performance requirements.
Assisting managing programs/projects with required resources, personnel, equipment, and facilities for geographically dispersed.
Serving as the alternate point of contact for program/project matters for words contract or office.
Assisting financial management for the Task Order IAW budget guidelines.
Ensuring effective utilization of personnel, materials, funds, facilities, and equipment.
Briefing senior clients and corporate leadership on program status, successes, and challenges.
